The Temple University Alumni Association wanted to try something different for their 2014 – 2015 wrap up, an animated video report in lieu of the typical statis document or newsletter. The question is how to do that sort of thing on the fly and on a budget while maintaining your ability to edit as you go.

Folks are often surprised by how presentation software can fill this sort of need. Transition-based animations between slides, at this time available only in Apple Keynote, gave us the flexibility needed for client tweaks and edits without the lag and turnaround time of traditional animation software.
